My fascination with crystals and holistic therapies has been a lifelong passion. In 2003, while working for the NHS and studying Radiotherapy, I was diagnosed with ME, which redirected my focus towards self-healing. This journey led me to discover the profound benefits of crystal healing, sound healing, and energy healing.
My Approach
I emphasise a holistic approach to wellness, integrating conventional medicine with holistic treatments to address the mind, body, and soul. My energy healing sessions are tailored to each individual's needs, incorporating crystal healing, sound healing, reiki, and other modalities.
Crystal Healing Courses
I am dedicated to sharing my expertise through various crystal healing courses and workshops, catering to all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners. My courses cover the energy of crystals, crystal grids, and more. Each session is designed to be a personal and transformative learning experience, whether conducted in person or via Zoom.
During these courses, I teach students how to work with crystal energy for healing and personal growth. Topics include the properties and uses of different crystals, how to create and use crystal grids, and techniques for incorporating crystals into daily life and professional practice. My courses also explore the integration of crystal healing with other modalities like sound healing and reiki.
Teaching Philosophy
My passion lies in helping others heal and grow. I offer bespoke 1:1 courses and workshops, recognised by the IPHM and the Complementary Medical Association, to support individuals and groups in integrating holistic practices into their lives and businesses.
